Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage.
Original sales receipt and relevant photo should be presented to us before product exchange is accepted.
If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange, we will arrange pick up of the damaged product, and will send you a new one afterward.
If the products to be exchanged are sold out, we can exchange same pricing product.
We have the rights to refuse to exchange a product once the delivery has been signed for.
